According to the 2007a Update of the M8-MSc predictions dated Tuesday, January 09, 2007 :
*) No alarm was identified for the epicenter area of the January 13, 2007 earthquake.
**) The M8 alarms targeting either M8.0+ or M7.5+ events were confirmed, in part, by epicenters of the April 01, 2007 event and its aftershocks. The second approximation by the MSc algorithm has identified correctly the location of the April 01, 2007 earthquake, if this event belongs to M8.0+, and has missed it, if the event belongs to M7.5+.
